Order Processing
Please note that all of our clothing is made with care and attention to detail. As some of our items are made-to-order, order processing may take up to 10 business days. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and a perfect fit for your items. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We exclusively use UPS for all shipments. At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping as we are mainly operating on a made-to-order basis. Below are the typical delivery times (please note: this varies by location):
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days (after order processing)

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order through the UPS website.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States via UPS. International shipping is not available, but we hope to offer it in the future!
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every measure to ensure your package is delivered safely, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by UPS. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local UPS office or neighbors, as they may have received the package on your behalf.
