Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. Some items are hand made to order and may take up to a week to sew and package in our factory. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Your package will be delivered by UPS within 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends/holidays.  If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact UPS with your tracking number.  We do not issue refunds for lost/stolen packages
